TESTING AND PREPARATION

The school counselor provides academic and support services to students as appropriate, including assistance with school-related and personal issues.  Menaul works closely with juniors and seniors on planning and admissions for post-secondary education, as well as coordinating all state standardized testing.

This includes NM state required testing for 8th and 11th grades, the PSAT for the 10th and 11th grades, the ASVAB vocational aptitude test, and the college admissions ACT/SAT exams.  For the dates, see school calendar.  Senior and Junior year programs assist students in their understanding, knowledge and awareness of post-secondary educational opportunities state-wide, nationally, and internationally.
